[p2pu-dev] rewrite url for courses whose name has changed

I agree with stian on this one, urls should be based on an ID with the
course name stringified after

http://example.com/course/1234/{WILDCARD FOR SEO}

If the course name changes, the wildcard will change but all links (old and
new) will always work thanks to the ID. Scribd and a bunch of other sites do
it this way.
