[usability and identity tips]

We should also change the colors of text on the top NAV. #444 on standard
mode and #222 on mouse over. No need to have the cyan square behind as a
mouse over event (as this is to be exclusive to a dropdown menu). My FX4
shows the "We're an online community..." with Arial instead of Arvo. Also
the background stripes need to be around 30~40% lighter as we discussed some
time ago.
