[p2pu-dev] spam post please delete

One simple step would be to forbid external URLs people not registered to
courses, but note that the current case isn't actually "link spam" -- I have
no idea what SEO service this person is trying to advertise.  It does not
seem to be "nathan.com" despite their username, since http://nathan.com is
actually a reputable person.

Anyway, there's some logic that could be used to flag up posts that are
likely to be spam in some appropriate feed:

(1) post by someone not registered to a course
(2) post by someone whose profile is less than 140 characters long in total
(3) post containing external URLs

etc.
