[p2pu-dev] HTML Mails now live

Hi,

The HTML mail templates I sent through for review recently are now on 
the live site.

Note that only the header and footer of the mails was changed, so there 
may still be some where the inner contents is still badly formatted. 
Please keep an eye on the notification mails you receive from the site 
and forward any to me that need improvement.
