[p2pu-dev] Integrated Lighthouse with pivotal tracker

Yes, it has to be in the current (lighthouse calls it next) milestone
(i.e. Milestone 1 in this case). If new users can't assign tickets to
milestones then the development team will be the one assigning
priorities, Tough other users can make recommendations in the
description text or comments. I will be giving the necessary
privileges to those that are working with pivotal (let me find out
were i can do that).
