cool, so if we want to make a lighthouse ticket visible in pivotal, we make
sure it is included as part of the current milestone?
i take it that that's a function reserved for admin? (i don't see it
available to me with my new account i just created-- which this is probably
a good idea, otherwise pivotal would effectively be as open as lighthouse...
anyway, i'm just confirming)
