[p2pu-dev] Integrated Lighthouse with pivotal tracker

Hi,

Since pivotal tracker does not allow the creation of tickets for
non-members we decided to try using Lighthouse
(http://p2pu.lighthouseapp.com/projects/71002-lernanta/overview) to
allow anyone from to provide feedback. Lighthouse will be used not
only for dev-related things (http://p2pu.lighthouseapp.com/dashboard)
so there is also a Community and Org projects. To make our lives
easier in terms of moving tickets into pivotal tracker that is the one
the developers will be using, I just configured the integration
between them.

* Open tickets that at lighthouse are assignment to the current
milestone will be visible on the LIGHTHOUSE section at pivotal tracker
(make it visible by clicking More > Lighthouse).
* We can drag tickets into icebox when we decide that we are going to
accept that ticket to work on it during the current milestone.
