[p2pu-dev] preparing Lernanta's roadmap for 2010

Hi everyone,

I created a wiki page with a preliminary draft of Lernanta's roadmap
for 2010 (https://github.com/p2pu/lernanta/wiki/Lernanta%27s-Roadmap).
I filled out as much as possible so we have something as starting
point of the discussion. Please take a look at it and send any
comments to the list: things that should be prioritized in a different
way, time constrains that should be taken into account, ... I also
went through the tracker organizing things a bit to have a better idea
of what has to be done.
