[p2pu-dev] placement of "participate" and "follow" buttons

Could be 3 but really probably maybe? just 2. Totally open for discussion.
If closed, Clone shows instead of Participate. It doesn't right now but
could. There's always an option of creating a copy of a group when creating
a new group.
I tried them in Spanish and it went alright. We can also have language
specific CSS to help with sizing but so far the default was alright.
Underneath idea but here are my concerns already:
* Too heavy using the school color
* Could really clash using the school color
Using the school color makes it tie in with the school more though
My eye definitely goes there with those complementary colors though! ;)
Schools can pick their colors. Example of another color:
