[p2pu-dev] placement of "participate" and "follow" buttons

For what it's worth, I had them below and it looked fine but moved them up
into the graphic per request.

In the breadcrumbs won't work because of very long course/activity names.
They were there too and made it to a commit even :)

No, they don't have to be different colors. I was trying to draw attention
to participate (active) vs follow ( cool color, not active).

There's a subtle (probably doesn't work in all browsers) glow too to help
with images. I hadn't seen the semantic one though so didn't test on that.
