[p2pu-dev] placement of "participate" and "follow" buttons

IMHO overlaying the buttons on top of the image doesn't work so well.
A lot of courses use text in their images, and it looks messy with the
buttons on top.

Two suggestions for alternative button placement attached. I am not a
designer, so consider these no more than a nudge to come up with a
good solution ;-)
