[p2pu-dev] attachments/uploads?

good points... i think maybe we need to identify a broader strategy since it
affects our primary goals (re-usability of content) but also has legal
implications and technical work involved. there will also be costs-- whether
hosting with s3 or with ourselves, what happens as that gets really big?
i can't imagine us *not* having uploads as a "self-respective modern web
property" :) however, i agree that's easier said than done.
re-useability: do we agree that at least having an option to upload to a
p2pu data store of some kind is important for re-useability?
legal: i believe most sites get around this by having a legal disclaimer,
and removing any uploaded items which are found to break any laws/policies.
costs: s3 is possible and very common these days; also i wonder if OSUOSL
would provide storage? but in the short term i believe (correct me if i'm
wrong) that we have available storage on our linodes?
development: i think this is relatively straightforward.
