[p2pu-dev] etherpad upgrade question

The etherpad instance is running on a development machine? Is that machine
also where alpha is? Is it there because if it takes stuff down, it's not
taking the courses down? Why not just make it a VM so it's just going to
affect itself? Still uses up resources though.
Is there anything we can do to help convince OSUOSL to allow us a VM? Is
there another place to get VM?
If we go to an external service, won't we have to pay?
I agree with John in that I like to have a little control. Would be nice to
get the branding on it, make sure we have good support (it has good uptime),
etc.
