[p2pu-dev] etherpad upgrade question

I also want to bring back here our plans of shooting down the p2pu-dev
server (because of its costs) which will mainly affect the etherpad we
are hosting there (qa.p2pu.org can be moved to the production server).
Our attempts to get a virtual machine on OSUOSL to replace p2pu-dev
have not being successful so far, so using an external dependency
could be an option (if we use the interaction features they provide
and keep moving the content we produce to a more stable and
lightweight site that we can host).
