[p2pu-dev] P2PU Mailing List Move

I think this is going to be great, but can I suggest that before we make the
move for the community list, we preface it with a mail explaining why we're
doing this, and giving some information about how to manage the new
subscriptions, where to find archived discussions from the google group, and
what people need to do in terms of changing their personal filters and
settings?

Some of these issues came up on this dev list, and the community will, by
nature, have people who are less experienced with these types of lists, so
might need some good documentation.
I'm happy to take the lead on this, if we just co-ordinate the timing
correctly.
