[p2pu-dev] P2PU IRC Classroom bots

hey james,

i'm not sure exactly what "iterations of the chan bot" means...?

we do have to keep in mind that many of our course organizers are not
comfortable enough with the technology to manually instantiate a logging
bot, and even for those who are there is a preference for an automated
solution (minimize overhead/things to remember).
