[p2pu-dev] IRC Channel and Group Registration

Hey folks,

Some of you might know that #p2pu-dev IRC channel is not registered and
we really don't have any access to operate the channel in its current
state.  Jessy and I submitted the freenode group registration form last
week.  I poked a freenode staff today and they tell me that it may take
a few months to process the application (and to get control of the
channel).

Right now, the best option we have is to clear the channel temporarily
so that one person can freshly join the channel and be op and register
the channel.  Can we get a consensus on doing this temporarily?

I've registered another channel #p2pu-devel which we can use until this
is fixed.
