[p2pu-dev] P2PU IRC Classroom bots

that would be great. it would need to a scriptable bot that could be
programmed to auto-join and log (and maybe do other smart things like give
ops to a few people). i haven't it that before but i've heard eggdrop is
something that can do that.

i don't imagine there'd be any objections to this? but it's more a matter of
time-- does anyone want to take a stab at it?

i'll add it to pivotal.
