[p2pu-dev] updates to daily changes feed

hey guys,

i updated the content going to our daily changes feed, which as mentioned
you can subscribe to by email as well. now it contains additions and changes
to pivotal tracker, as well as code commits (with commit author, too! which
was missing in the pure github feed).

it should be more informative now.
