[p2pu-dev] Updating P2PU notification e-mails

aesthetically a HUGE improvement, but still simple. awesome!

q: why not send emails notifications from do-not-reply at p2pu.org, and
actually HAVE them bounce if someone accidentally does respond? i think a
big issue right now is that they don't bounce, so there's no indication the
user's email has gone into a black hole.
