can anyone provide info on any of these that I can pass on?

--No record of Broadcast Message
--No direct access to student emails (although getting them from Stian
worked)
--Can't make weblinks clickable without them turning white and thus can't be
read
--Can't respond to a post in a forum, but just add another comment (but
other people seem to be able to do it, so this must be my ignorance)
