* Moved mailing list to lists.p2pu.org
* Interviewing and organizing tech-lead candidates
* Met with Philipp, Brian, Paul, Erin to talk about tech in NYC
* Fixed standup script finally ;)
* Got a group of four Brown CS students to work on P2PU development as
semester project
* http://bbb.p2pu.org works (you may need to refresh to clear cache)

Now:
* More interviews
* Moving google group archives to lists.p2pu.org

Later:
* Move the rest of p2pu lists
* a million more things I can't think of right now
