[p2pu-dev] Notification emails - html or plain text?

How do others feel about this? The server currently sends "ugly" HTML
emails. If we want to do something about this, we have two options:

1 - Improve design of the html emails that are sent
2 - Switch all emails to plain text

Is there someone who could help with (1)? Creating a nice looking
notification email template would carry over into the new site.

If we cannot get help with (1), my preference would be to switch all email
to plain text.
