[p2pu-dev] Responsive Web Design

Hello everyone,

As we all know, more and more people are spending their Internet-viewing time via portable devices, such as tablets and smartphones. It's only going to increase. I haven't heard any discussion about applying responsive web design practices to the P2PU.org site, so I wanted to bring it up. 

I understand that we have projects/updates in the works right now, so development time is stretched thin. I just want make sure we have it on the table.
