[p2pu-dev] open courseware button

[Laura Hilliger]

I thought it might be best to just make the button editable, so you can change dates or wording. It currently says:

> Click to learn more

Here it is in HTML and CSS. It uses the Arvo webfont. The weight seems slightly different between the downloaded font and the webfont, but I think it still looks good.

Let me know if you'd rather have an editable image file, I can send that along too.
