[p2pu-dev] Remove organizer status

Created a ticket in lighthouse that was marked invalid:

We still need to allow users to remove their organizer status.

Users have added me as an organizer to their courses without my permission
and I cannot opt out - this has also happened to Jessica (and I did it to
Jane in the help desk).

Can we please make this a priority?
