[p2pu-dev] etherpad upgrade question

Joe and I had chatted about it a little. And there's a way to code a change
but neither of us has the time. And it came up again at the community call
today.

Joe did have a great suggestion for a short term solution:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashblock/

I haven't tried it since I don't hear the sounds already :) If anyone does
have success with this, please let us know!
