[p2pu-dev] Espanol!

I think there is an article about wikipedia translation somewhere - it's
much more tricky and complex than just translating content. There are
aspects of community around that content that are difficult to manage across
multi-lingual dimensions.

At P2PU, the right chunk for translation might be the task. (At wikipedia
it's the article)

My suggestion at least for iteration 1 - would be to make different language
versions of study-groups (or tasks) independent, but provide some form of
finding the other languages. Mixing users who speak different languages will
be confusing.
