[p2pu-dev] IE7 Display Issues

I think we should be supporting IE as a best effort. I would hate to see us
wasting tons of development cycles to get rounded corners to work.

As a general rule: if a person using IE wouldn't know that something is
wrong with the page then we've done good enough.
