[p2pu-dev] Activity streams on new.p2pu.org

I agree that the front page stream should only be P2PU internal activities,
maybe even filtered a bit - ie. new course created, etc. It's great to give
a sense of the activity happening, but there is no point to feature random
tweets, etc.
