[p2pu-dev] Challenges on Drumbeat

Erin and I started to talk about this a little a couple of weeks ago.
Certain tasks may be promoted to a badge or may be incorporated into a
badge.

I wonder if Nathan and Ben have considered offering a badge for all
applicants who fulfilled the initial criteria of a challenge - even if
they're not offered the fellowship or a chance to participate in the
workshops?
