Spanish! Hooray! Localisation related bugs... Hooray x 2!

I've got a lot of interest from friends in Indonesia for P2PU and School of
Webcraft and would love to point them to information /specifically for
localisers. Is there anywhere specific this stuff (localisation files - what
to localise on the wiki etc) is being recorded?
