[p2pu-dev] Migration date.

Yes, i think we should start the migration earlier but agree very strongly
that we actually need to make a plan about this,  technical, content and
human migration and for messaging the change too. Even were we to maintain
the July 18 date we still require this plan :-)

This seems like it's a mini-roadmap in itself.

@Bekka what say you - we create a Transition Roadmap off of
http://wiki.p2pu.org/w/page/36991876/Roadmap-2011 ?

Initially we can list all the things we know we need to do for the
transition, prioritise and order them and then assign dates from there?
