[p2pu-dev] Getting social: Lernanta on ohloh and openhatch

After James added Lernanta to ohloh last night, I figured it's time to get
us on openhatch.

If the description should be different or answers or anything, please let me
know. I think anyone can add answers though, but tell me if I need to edit
mine.

Also added Lighthouse to the desired bug tracker import list:

Once we get that, it'll be easier for potential volunteers to see the
bite-size bugs from the OpenHatch home page.
