Hi,

I was wondering which should be our spam policy for the new site. I
order to allow people to contact each-other (and contact organizers)
we allowed direct messages to any user. Today a total of 16 test
messages were send from a specific user to another 12 users. I am
adding recaptcha support to my todo list, but in the meantime (apart
for providing users with the report abuse link that is supported for
wall posts, emails, comments, ...). What should we the policy to
follow before deactivating accounts? We can either:

1) First deactivate the account and force a logout for that user, and
then contact the user in case it was a mistake.
2) First contact the user first, and then deactivate if more spam is
sent from that account.

Toughts?
