[p2pu-dev] Idea: Intelligent study group momentum machine

I'll help, of course, though I think there are a few tasks to make up the
functionality already in Lighthouse. Some might just be adding to what's
already here like adding a new "proposed" status (if that's what's agreed
on) and some are already in the works like tagging groups (
http://p2pu.lighthouseapp.com/projects/71002/tickets/111-provide-tags-functionality
) and
the "help establish" sounds like the "I can help co-admin" task out there.

<plug>
If folks are interested in developing on this and not sure where to start or
want to collaborate, feel free to join the study group
http://new.p2pu.org/en-US/groups/introduction-to-contributing-to-lernata/  One
of the ideas was having a group project or pair projects. We can team up
people with their strengths too like if someone isn't so strong on Python
but rocks the house with frontend technologies, then there's a job for you
:)

</plug>

We could have cron jobs that ... now I don't remember the terminology but it
was something about campaigns? Like "Haven't seen you in 2 weeks" that could
be reused for "What's the next chapter" stuff. Maybe s/script/reminder/? Or
that other term that I can't remember. :)
