[p2pu-dev] Idea: Intelligent study group momentum machine

Awesome idea. Reminds me of meetup too where you can sign up for interests
and if a new group forms, you're told about it. But to say that you'll
create the group if there are others interested is also great.

So, maybe this is a new status? "proposed" vs "draft"? Still using the study
group model but adding a little extra something something to it?

I really like this :)
