[p2pu-dev] github issue tracker

I really like Lighthouse and have only just got into the flow of using it to
add tickets (possibly I've added 20 of the 99 open tickets :-)), but can see
that github would have great benefits for the tech group.

In the case of the tech project moving to github, would we still use
Lighthouse as the tracker for non-tech tasks? Or, could we potentially
revert to Open Atrium (tracker.p2pu.org) for non-tech tasks if the tech
project moves to github?
