Awesome. Didn't know it did that! Yes, means we don't have to search to
submit a ticket, but triagers can help roll up duplicates together. Might
make it easier to get people to use it? Maybe that can be the link at the
bottom like "problem? email
ticket+ACCOUNTNAME.PROJECT-TICKET-UNIQUEKEY at lighthouseapp.com though it
looks like the person still has to have an account.

I'm new to lighthouse so definitely learning as I go :)
