Well, I don't have a conceptual or ideological problem with trackers
in general (quite the opposite), but the current tracker annoys me.  I
don't have any personal motivation to use it because it doesn't seem
to add any value for ME, nor do I seem to be able to add any value
(e.g. tags) to my bug reports by using IT.  Of course I understand
about the matter of "searching through preexisting bugs", but in that
case, more fully enabled tags or something might help.  There are a
LOT of issues in the tracker to search through, and very little
sorting or categorisation -- so asking me to look through them before
posting a bug is a significant chilling effect.  For comparison, take
