[p2pu-dev] tracker motivation (Re: links in course edit view broken)

One reason is because it helps developers if a user does a search of
existing bugs/feature requests to make sure it's not a duplicate.

Also it saves a developer from copy/pasting your issue over.

Plus I think that if you put the bug in then you're automatically subscribed
to its progress so you'll know when it's fixed. I'm not 100% sure about the
latter.

Sometimes the list traffic can get high and developers might miss something
but if it's in the tracker, it's there until it goes away because someone
fixed it.

Is there a way we can help make its use easier? I have a few ideas but want
to hear your thoughts cause I could be coming from the wrong direction.
