I've been trying to make a really good cheeseless pizza for a while though
I'm still in the refrigerated dough or breadmaker dough stages:

That recipe looks really good! And the list of the best pizzerias in the
world too! There was a great shop in SF but looks like I missed the best.
Going to have to try it out in October ;)
