Where are you going to host the (ogv, webm, mp4) video content and who is
going to pay for the bandwidth? BrightCove.com will give you 30 days while
you try their transcoding and hosting service. Archive.org will host ogv and
mp4 videos under certain conditions. Some good vids to watch:
