[p2pu-webcraft] How can we best use HTML5 video (Universal Subtitles, Popcorn etc) for awesome Webcraft content?

Moving forward, more video content will be HTML5 supported - especially from
Mozilla.

If people like Parag are willing to volunteer the time to create video
content - surely we can use this as an opportunity to create guidelines
about how to use new technologies the best way possible?
