Have you seen by any chance: http://linkedup-challenge.org/focused.html#pathfinder I'll start with very short overview of few actions I've taken in this context in last week and then clarify my invitation to collaborate with P2PU Community :) 1. I've come across "Custom Search for Education": http://edu.schema-labs.appspot.com/ which seems to use http://lrmi.net included in http://schema.org BTW it already gives P2PU pages in results \o/ 2. Posted about this Custom Search to LinkedUp mailing list and cc Sunny Lee working on http://openbadges.org/ Open Badges already recommends use of LRMI! Link to reply to my email: http://www.l3s.de/pipermail/linkedup-public/2014-January/000037.html 3. As you can see on that thread, it received few IMO positive replies from Stefan Dietze (LinkedUp), Sunny Lee (Open Badges), Phil Barker (LRMI & Schema.org) 4. I also went ahead and asked people who developed http://everythingisconnected.be/ (see video: http://youtu.be/FawygFT5Brs ) if they would like to play together on addressing this Pathfinder challenge. I still need to follow up with them explaining some more details! Here I would like to ask you about interest in getting involved in collaboration on this Pathfinder challenge. And playing together with general Linked Data, specific LRMI and still bit unlinked Open Badges to see what we can come up with :) Cheers! I just quickly looked at the linked up challenge, but we would love to help and collaborate where we can. What type of help would you need from our side? I would like to contribute some ideas. Firstly, I have some working code for constructing resumes from Facebook and LinkedIn accounts automatically which I wrote for a recruitment project some time back. Secondly, it was not mentioned explicitly in the challenge documentation, but I would recommend implementing a machine learning recommendation engine such as what amazon uses to recommend books. Perhaps, more specifically, a vector state machine, or something similar.
