[p2pu-dev] [school-of-open] Announcements tab

+P2PU-dev. Do you guys know the answers to Pete's questions? I haven't used
it (and won't for this round since now my course is over) so I don't know
if the messages are preserved somewhere and/or if the course organizer (or
sender) can access later what they sent.
