[p2pu-dev] [p2pu-community] Introducing Marvin

@John, don't know if the authors of Ansible would agree with that :) It is
possible to target multiple servers, spin up cloud servers and manage load
balancing.

Ansible is well suited to configure a single server. We haven't done
anything that runs across multiple servers, so I don't know how well it
works?

That said, I won't convert infrastructure from Chef if it's already running
it.
