Can you please try a fresh vagrant setup with the latest code up on
https://github.com/p2pu/lernanta-dev-env and let us know if it works? I
think Chris fixed the issue

 Typically no. We currently use south to manage incremental changes to the
database. We are currently busy changing courses, so after we merge those
changes into the master branch on github you will still have the courses
you designed locally, but it will be in the old format. There is a way to
convert them to the new format - not polished, but there.
