[p2pu-dev] wanted: notification of new study groups created

Could I be ccd on that notification too? There's a related bug here:
http://p2pu.lighthouseapp.com/projects/71002/tickets/255-school-admins-to-receive-notification-of-new-groups-selecting-a-school

but until that's available I'd love to know when new groups are greated,
regardless of their school settings.
