[p2pu-dev] Need Google Summer of Code Mentors

In brief, a mentor is the main person that a GSoC student would 'report' to
for help an advice at P2PU.

If you're not familiar with GSoC, the idea is that Google pays students a
stipend to work on open source projects as a full time summer internship.
Open source projects can apply to be included in the program, and students
apply to the project with proposals for what they will build over the
summer.

If Google accepts P2PU as a mentoring organization, it is up to us which
students work on P2PU based on their proposals. I participated in the
program in 2008 as a student, and it was an excellent experience for me.

You can read about my project and subsequent experience on my blog under the
gsoc tag: http://www.johndbritton.com/tag/gsoc

More info is available on the GSoC FAQ:

Any more questions, please just post them here.

Cheers,
John Britton
